1. Providing information about Golden Hill Tower service and facilities and arranging and carry out apartment show rounds.2. Produce proposal and written confirmation to customers when necessary.3. Receiving customers' complaints and comments and report to concerned sales personnel.4. Conducting market research and intelligence work and report to Senior S&M Manager.5. Overall in charge of dispatch & filing and distribution to concerned departments.6. To handle all correspondence and recording properly.7. To cooperate with Sales personnel in departmental daily routine.8. To prepare and updating any necessary reports and lists assigned by Senior S&M Manager.9. To prepare documents (Lease Agreements, Confirmation, Reservations, etc,).10. To follow ISO (QMS & ISMS) Process.

1. Proficient in English four skills.2. Proven experience using computers especially Office Application.3. A university degree holder and minimum 1 years experiences is required.4. Under 30 years of age with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
