Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Visit universities in the Yangon Region and other areas to drive sales growth.
  2. Prepare and send quotations to customers promptly.
  3. Collect, organize, and maintain customer data for follow-up.
  4. Follow up on customer quotations and order processes to ensure smooth transactions.
  5. Manage the delivery of books to customers and ensure timely collection of payments for their orders.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  7. Contact universities to understand their budget and purchasing plans.
  8. Study customer behavior and provide the best possible service to meet their needs.
  9. Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Build strong and long-term partnerships between the customer and the company.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
  3. Strong knowledge of sales planning, marketing activities, customer relationship management, and business development.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to develop sales and marketing plans and coordinate promotional activities.
  6. Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, schools/institutions, and external partners.
  7. Willingness to travel for customer visits, sales activities, and marketing events when required.
