Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•Support planning and developing the new Sales Operating procedure
> Drafting plan or operating procedure for development/improvement of end-to-end sales process i.e. from Pre-sales, sales, product delivery until after sales states
> Co-ordinate with relevant teams to implement such plan i.e. commercial requirement, IT service development, documentation flow adjustment, work alignment among relevant teams to ensure smoothest implementation of such development/improvement plan
> Understand the PDCA cycle, measure the work efficiency and plan for improvement
> Conduct proper communication, explanation and training program among all relevant teams
> Attend project review meeting or management meeting and do presentation if requested

•Supporting the Team Manager and Colleagues
> Understand and develop relationship with operating point
> Gather and analyze the data regarding the activity in Sales Support-2 department
> Support finding and improving the root cause of unachieved KPI and/or other issues
> Understand the project plan and support in managing each project
> Provide necessary reports during project implementation meeting, Management review meeting including creating meeting minutes if requested
> Other ad-hoc support may be requested by Team Manager

•Compliance with Law and KSGM working rule
> Obey the law and KSGM working rule

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Technical fields.
• Two or more years in experience of Sales, Business Administration or Experience in Telecommunication/IT Business or Project Management.
• Able to communicate in English with strong communication skill, able to co-work with other teams within the organization and other external vendors effectively.
• Strong IT skills are required including Microsoft Office (especially excel, Pivot tables, V lookups).
• Have progressive business management attitude with customer service mindset
