JobNet is on a mission to help any company in Myanmar simplify their recruitment process with powerful technology and therefore contribute to the overall growth and professionalization of business in the country.  As a senior member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for managing the SME sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs and collaborating with the management team to achieve an identified set of strategic objectives. You will accomplish this through you and your team’s ability to sell the full scope of JobNet Recruitment Technology products, offline recruitment events such as Myanmar Employer Awards in a consultative manner, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and motivating the SME sales team 
  • Train the Inside Sales – Business development executives
  • Ensure that all team members hit their monthly KPIs.
  • Implement sales strategies, Monitor performance, and handle customer complaints
  • Follow up sales Closure Activation and onboarding clients with Customer success team
  • Interact closely with other team members and departments to ensure that clients' needs are met.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years sales team lead experience
  • Bachelor degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to make presentations to key decision makers and internal stakeholders.
  • Good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members
  • Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully
