Job Description

>To fully support the deparmental activities under direct supervision by Head or Deputy Head.                                                                                     

 >To provide Internal Audit documents checking  and reporting for the tasks assigned by Head or Deputy Head  in timely manner.                                 >To support Head or Deputy Head for respective Internal Audit work manuals and for relevant businesss cases with scheduling.         
>To support Head & Deputy Head's budget management and Government Office related activities.        
>To support overall management, to communicate with other Joint Operation  departments.        
>To support Admin & Planning activities for the time being.    
>General Skill of coordinator to support Head or Deputy Head of Internal Audit Department.                                                                                               >Understanding Internal Audit activities through in-house trainings and self-study. 
>Supporting in preparation and control of Internal Audit Budget under Manager's   supervision.   
>Supporting Manager in communication with relevant Government Office.        
>Supporting Admin & Planning activities.

Job Requirements

> Any Bachelor Degree
> Preferable:   - Diploma In Business Management & Administration (BMA)/ Diploma in Management & Administration (DMA)
> Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint skill
> Good communication in English and Interpersonal skill,                                    
>Schedule management and Reporting Skill
> Multitasking Skill
>Minimum 1 year experience as coordinator
