Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Plan and establishes a functional on-the-job training to security personnel to maintain the required standard.
  • To review daily reports from guards and Security Supervisor.
  • Responsibility to check inventory log and activities on a daily basis.
  • Maintain regular inspections all residence areas/premises for security violations.
  • Support and coordinate with departments as needed.
  • Conduct regular meetings with all security personnel, prepare and forward minutes to the Human Resources Manager.
  • Maintain regular counter check such as Kitchen, generator store rooms etc; for fire prevention measures.
  • Randomly check all assigned guard posts to ensure they are performing to standard.
  • Rotate with Security Supervisor to inspect floors and building and coordinate with the Engineering department if any damage is found.
  • Ensure all staff are aware of the procedure to follow should there be a loss or damage to life.
  • To report to the Property Head and advise management of any unusual irregularity in employee or guest behavior or theft, confess with management on unusual security measures or events.
  • Work closely and enthusiastically with all departments to ensure good team and a smooth efficient operation.
  • Prepare departmental attendance for Payroll systematically.
  • Security personnel are trained in all assignment so that they may cover any post in time of emergency.
  • Carry out any other duties as required to do so by management.
  • Make to ensure the effective CCTV requires trained personnel to operate and monitor.
  • Plan for the basic first-aid and through knowledge of emergency procedures and safety systems.
  • Plan & establish security atmosphere, how to implement functions for the special guests – dignitaries, government officials, celebrities, VIP etc.
  • Familiar with Acts & other legislation, Laws and knowledge of the criminal procedures.
  • Plan and organized Hotel Security activities.
  • Inspects and evaluate hotel security activities to ensure compliance with security policy & procedure.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree- minimum of 5 years experiences in related field

  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and cooperation with internal/external staff
  • Good negotiation skills and constructive approach
  • Service-oriented, attention to details and observant
  • Strong sense of commitment & urgency to meet tight deadlines
