Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Create a monthly guarding schedule on weekly bases,
  • Ensure the correct supervision of the guard commanders as the posting of guards,
  • Ensure the good conduct and punctuality of the security organization,
  • Ensure compliance according to Exera’s Universal Guard Orders,
  • Suggest amendment to the SSMP as required,
  • Make recommendations for the continuous improvement of the security organization,
  • Monitor daily the appliance of the rules on both sites,
  • Conduct as required control check and rehearsal.
  • Supervise and coach Guards as appropriate on site to improve permanently the security level of the Guards and Guards Commander
  • Ask for re-enforcement training if necessary.
  • Check and control the appropriate maintenance of the equipment and the tenue of the different logbook (Visitors/Events/Discipline)
  • Manage efficiently the personal and suggest appropriate disciplinary measures if needed,
  • Submit yearly performance evaluations for all eligible guards and guard commander,
  • Serve as routine communication contact between CLIENT and Exera and all things necessary for correct implementation of the SSMP.
  • Is the local warrant of the reputation and image of EXERA and act swiftly accordingly, if necessary.
  • Provide regular feedback and response to EXERA OPERATION CELL on their concern via feedback letter, meeting or home visit (verbal).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the security field

  • Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Good knowledge of security systems, procedures, and emergency response

  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

  • Male candidates only (due to operational requirements)
