Monitor and verify all income, expenses, and cash inflows/outflows.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of stock in/out records.
Apply double-entry accounting principles to prepare financial statements.
Prepare and finalize accounts, including Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
Provide support in establishing and maintaining systematic business operations.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
must be above 33 years old.
Must have experience in applying double-entry accounting and preparing Income Statements and Balance Sheets.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Accounting Excel and involvement in auditing.
Proficiency in both Myanmar and English fonts, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas).
Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
LCCI Level I, II, and III certification is required.
Prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
