Job Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of finance, accounting, and tax functions for local entities. e.g., AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. etc.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations, prepare reconciliations of bank statement, account payable and account receivable periodically and daily report to HQ.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations.
• Able to finish the reports & tasks are assigned by HOD or management within deadline.
• Understanding of up-to-date Myanmar Corporate Laws, Taxes & Regulations.
• Prepare submission of commercial tax and quarterly income tax filing.
• Assist with audit, tax filing and other compliance matters.
• Monitor inventory transactions, work in process and assets of company.
• Monthly inter-company transactions and balances reconciliation.
• Review and implement internal control procedures and policies for finance processes.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties, including bankers, auditors and officers for compliance matters.

Qualifications & Experiences Level

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance, ACCA Part (III) or CPA is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisor level.
• Meticulous, hands-on, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards and IFRS, costing, taxation, and corporate governance.
• Must be a team player, task oriented, ability to work in a highly dynamic, team environment and work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior audit experience is preferred.
• Must be able to use and understand accounting ERP software (E.g., Odoo)
• Prior working experienced in Singapore will be an added advantage.
