Key Role
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing accounting operations, cost control, inventory accounting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate financial data, effective cost management, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibility
Manage daily accounting operations, including cash, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and proper supporting documentation for all transactions.
Monitor and control breeder farm and hatchery operational expenses.
Calculate and analyze cost per unit of Day-Old Duck (DOD).
Conduct cost variance analysis and identify cost control opportunities.
Oversee inventory recording and reconciliation for feed, eggs, DOD, vaccines, medicines, fuel, and supplies.
Supervise stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX planning.
Analyze financial and operational performance for management decision-making.
Coordinate with farm and hatchery teams for accurate financial and production data.
Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure proper accounting practices.
Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
