We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation Job fair Mandalay on 15-November-2026 at Mingalar Mandalay Hotel.

Job Description

  •  Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable transactions and customer accounts.
  •  Prepare sales invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
  •  Record and update customer payments and receipts.
  •  Prepare AR Aging Reports and follow up on overdue payments.
  •  Reconcile customer accounts and outstanding balances.
  •  Coordinate with Sales Team regarding customer payments and outstanding balances.
  •  Prepare daily/weekly/monthly AR reports and support month-end closing.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  •  At least 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounting.
  •  Good knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  •  Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
