Job Description

Prepare responsible account entries by compiling and analyzing account information in a timely manner
Monitor and record financial transactions according to accounting standards, organization’s policies and government regulations
Recommend financial actions to Chief Accountant by analyzing accounting options
Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
Coordinate with Accounting Team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
Coordinate effectively with different departments within the organization regarding accounting matters
Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Perform other related duties and required of the Accounting Department
Follow instructions from and report to the Chief Accountant

Job Requirements

Have over 5 years of experience in finance
Must have for a professional Accounting qualification (ACCA P-2)
Familiar with government taxation laws and regulations, local taxation policies.
Able to work under pressure and tight reporting deadlines.
Computer literate (Microsoft Advance Excel, Word,Power Point)
Have positive attitude and a good team player with track records of strong performance
