Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Perform daily accounting operations and data entry tasks
  • Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Review and monitor revenues and expenses for F&B departments
  • Control food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and operational expenses
  • Maintain accurate inventory and financial records
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledger accounts
  • Maintain proper accounting documents and supporting records
  • Supervise junior accountants and data entry staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA Part I ,LCCI Level III, or other accounting qualifications preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant
  • Experience in F&B industry preferred
  • Proficient in Odoo accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
