Key Responsibilities๐น Oversee the full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory)๐น Manage all tax matters and ensure legal and regulatory compliance๐น Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports๐น Lead month-end and year-end closing activities๐น Manage the Odoo ERP accounting system and ensure data accuracy๐น Implement internal controls and support audit processes๐น Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities๐น Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis๐น Support management reporting and strategic decisions๐น Supervise and coach junior accounting staff

Requirements๐น Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
๐น B.Com or equivalent qualification๐น Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation๐น Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP๐น Solid experience in full set accounting and tax compliance๐น Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
