  • Preparing financial reports, financial statements and schedules.
  • Performing account reconciliations, related companies/parties transactions reconciliations.
  • Maintaining adjustments, general ledger.
  • Preparing tax returns and submission.
  • Assisting audit preparations within the date of deadlines. 
  • Performing other accounting duties as assigned.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy of financial accounting function resulting in timely financial reporting to both external parties and internal parties following financial policies, internal controls and audit standards. 
  • Additionally, the role may be required to participate in general shared responsibilities from time to time or as requested by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, B.com, or Finance at least 3-year experience in accounting and finance field.
  • ACCA Part II is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior accountant position.
  • Commercial and taxation property financing experience will be a plus.
  • Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results.
  • Confidentiality substantiates financial transactions by auditing document.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Expect to have good command of English (Written and Spoken).
