Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Oversee International Subsidiary Accounting: Manage the financial operations of our overseas subsidiaries, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for international entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Tax Compliance: Work with international tax authorities and external partners to ensure compliance with international taxation regulations and optimize our tax strategy.
Intercompany Transactions: Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing agreements to facilitate seamless financial operations between entities.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks related to overseas accounting matters.
Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and ensure all necessary documentation and information is readily available.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance accounting processes and systems to streamline efficiency and accuracy.
International Accounting Standards: Stay up to date with evolving international accounting standards and ensure adherence within the organization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).
A minimum of [5] years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on international accounting and financial management.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and taxation regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with overseeing overseas entities or international accounting is a significant advantage.
