Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant/Senior Finance Associate to manage accounting and financial operations across our wellness and healthcare retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong retail finance experience, good commercial understanding, and the ability to support business growth through effective financial management, reporting, and operational control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting and financial operations of retail outlets.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, monthly closing reports, and financial analysis.
• Monitor sales, expenses, inventory movement, and retail financial performance.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with company financial procedures and policies.
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with outlet operations teams regarding sales, stock, and financial matters.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Assist management in improving financial systems, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Support audit preparation and financial documentation processes.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports for business decision-making.

• Degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA, CPA, CMA, LCCI, or other professional accounting and finance certifications are highly preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in retail business operations.
• Strong understanding of retail business operations and commercial sense.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting, inventory control, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP software, and accounting software systems.
• Knowledge of taxation, tax compliance, and relevant financial regulations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, pharmacy, or retail outlet business is an advantage.
