Key Responsibilities

* Daily accounting transactions များကို စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်းနှင့် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
* Accounts Receivable (AR) နှင့် Accounts Payable (AP) များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
* Cash book နှင့် Bank transactions များကို update လုပ်ခြင်း
* Bank Reconciliation များကို လစဉ် ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
* Expense records များကို စုစည်း၍ စစ်ဆေးထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း
* Inventory records နှင့် Warehouse data များကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
* Production နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော cost data များကို စုစည်းခြင်း
* Financial reports (monthly reports) ပြုစုရာတွင် Chief Accountant ကို support လုပ်ခြင်း
* Accounting documents များကို စနစ်တကျ ဖိုင်တင်သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း
* Internal control procedures များကို လိုက်နာစေရန် စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း
* Audit process များတွင် လိုအပ်သော documents များ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း
* Tax related data များကို စုစည်းကူညီခြင်း
* Accounting software တွင် data entry နှင့် report extraction ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
* Chief Accountant မှ တာဝန်ပေးသော အခြား accounting related tasks များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Requirements

* Accounting, Finance သိုမဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နယ်ပယ်တွင် ဒီပလိုမာ သိုမဟုတ် ဘွဲရရှိထားသူ
* LCCI Level II / III (သို) ACCA Part I (Preferred)
* Accounting field တွင် အနည်းဆုံး 2 – 4 နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
* Manufacturing Company တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
* Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel Advanced, Microsoft Word ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ 
* အသေးစိတ်ကို အာရုံစိုက်နိုင်ပြီး တိကျမှန်ကန်မှုရှိရမည်
* အဖွဲလိုက် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး communication ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
* သတ်မှတ်ထားသော deadline များအတွင်း အလုပ်ပြီးစီးနိုင်ရမည်
