Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Prepare and post complex journal entries, variance analyses, and account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, sub-ledger).
Maintain the general ledger system and ensure accuracy across all chart of accounts.
Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) in compliance with IFRS.
Support internal and external audits by generating structured system schedules, reports, and audit trail documentation directly from the ERP.
Perform balance sheet variance analyses and cost center reviews to explain budget vs. actual discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting guidance on new business initiatives or transactions.
Assist in cash flow management, forecasting, and fixed asset tracking/depreciation schedules.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting, automate repetitive accounting tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transactions in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience or a mix of public and industry experience is highly preferred).
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation is preferred or in progress.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
Hands-on experience with major ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
