We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, perform reconciliations, general ledger accountability, and financial reporting, assist with audit preparations, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned.

• Check the contract bills, site expenses, invoices, material requests, advances, travelling orders
• Provide necessaries support to all projects by liaising with respective responsible person
• Responsible for month-end activities such as miscellaneous journal entries, project job costing, project budget analysis, construction related account reconciliations
• Maintaining or reviewing accounting files, performing monthly closings, and preparing/ organizing various reports, financial forms, and analyses.
• Responsible to record all the transactions in the cash book and computer system
• Manage and control budgeting and other cash receivable
• Ensuring all payments amounts and records are accurate for authorization the disbursement
• Summarize daily cash flow and ensure daily cash balancing/reconciliation
• Perform capitalization for purchase of Fixed Assets & Intangible Assets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately and on time, adhering MFRS, and IFRS standards.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
• Liaise with external/internal auditors to facilitate compliance and audit success.
• Responsible to report all internal requirements and amendment to Corporate CFO on timely manner

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Accounting field or Business Administration or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be preferred

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in the Construction Industry

• Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate Finance principles and procedures

• Strong quantitative and analytical competency

• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Can be used as Accounting Software

• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills are required
