A Bank is looking for Senior Associate (2) positions to join A+ Digital Finance (Head Office).

 

  • Manage all online and offline billers, including 2C2P prefunding, reconciliation, left balance, and reversal processes.
  • Manage consumer and partner ledger balances, including float in transit GL and nominal GL.
  • Oversee and maintain biller General Ledgers (GLs).
  • Handle e-money salary disbursements for Head Office (HO) and branches.
  • Administer and manage trust and working float accounts effectively.
  • Perform ledger entry and reconciliation for all trial accounts and prepare monitoring reports using Wallet.
  • Generate and manage MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital finance or banking operations.
  • Proficient in ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software (e.g., CBS systems, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with e-money operations and digital wallet processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
