-Lead the team to develop marketing activities (ATL and BTL) for the Food category
-Clients management (preparing report, monthly & quaterly meeting, Issue escalation and yearly business review., etc)-Understand consumer needs and behaviors, identify brand positioning in the market-Identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development-Market analysis, data analysis and propose into business actions-Oversee P&L and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets-Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the strategic and creative development process-Develop direct report competency and engagement

Job Requirements
-MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field-Extensive experience in FMCG marketing, experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage-Strong business acumen and strategic thinking-Innovative and drive for changes-Strong data analysis and problem solving skills-Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
