We are seeking a Senior Category Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Yangon.

In this role, you will oversee category management strategies, analyze market trends, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute category plans, optimize inventory, and support business growth.

The role also involves conducting competitor analysis and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and category management
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Skills in negotiation, supplier management, and contract management
  • Experience in inventory control, cost analysis, and process optimization
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for category management and data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
