Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • To ensure plant improvements and maintenance are achieved to time and budget.
  • Draw Yearly Maintenance Plan and prepare monthly maintenance schedule for all machines in the production area.
  • Communicate directly with operation departments to co-ordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas
  • Estimate spare parts usage and prepare to request of spare parts tools and other requirements needed for machine
  • Control records, manuals, instructions for maintenance section
  • Supervise, coordinate and control all activities of maintenance of machine installation and testing of equipment
  • Make daily machine trail test, repair and adjustments of all machines
  • Supervise and perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
  • To carry out root cause analysis of the problems
  • Check daily machine errors and maintenance records
  • Responsible for data disposal after an order is finished
  • Collaborating other departmental jobs and safety committee jobs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering related field from an accredited institution
  • Knowledge and 3 years experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Knowledge of production machinery and techniques
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and planning skills
