  • Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
  • Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
  • Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
  • Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
  • Working with the IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content.
  • Contribute to strategy sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Conceptualize & execute digital narratives and stories that elevate the brand vision and marketing priorities.
  • Help to grow brand presence and category leading innovation on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and more.

Job Requirements

  • 2 year's experience in digital and graphic design experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong design, communication, organizational skills, experience with managing multiple projects or working in an agency structure preferred.
  • Digitally native with an inherent knowledge and understanding of digital/social platforms, trends, and content.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record supporting brand initiatives and developing designs that drive creativity and growth.
