About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager at our Mayangone office, this Senior Designer will be the creative lead for the Hardware Mart brand. You will be responsible for transforming technical hardware concepts into engaging visual content, including product packaging, video production for our service department, and large-scale printing media. This is a high-impact role where your designs will directly support our nationwide expansion and digital marketing presence.

Job Description

• Lead the creation of high-quality product designs, promotional stickers, and marketing collateral for Viber and social media platforms.

• Manage the end-to-end creative process, from brainstorming and research to the execution of layouts based on core design principles like typography, balance, and the rule of thirds.

• Oversee photo and video production, including outdoor shooting for service activities and collaboration with external production teams for high-end advertising.

• Develop and localize packaging designs, catalogues, and printing media such as car vinyls and billboards in compliance with consumer laws.

• Design promotional items and POSM materials, including T-shirts and gift items, to drive sales and brand loyalty.

• Provide full design support for corporate events, including the creation of banners, tents, and exhibition stands.

Job Overview

• Working Hour: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Working Day: Monday to Saturday

• Holiday: Sunday and Gazette Holidays

• Report To: Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Corporate Marketing

• Work Location: GBS Hardware Mart Office, Mayangone Township, Yangon

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Senior Designer or Creative Lead with a strong portfolio in both print and digital media.

• Advanced proficiency in design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and motion graphics.

• Strong understanding of photography and video production, including retouching and on-site shooting.

• Proven ability to manage technical design tasks like packaging localization and large-format printing (vinyls/billboards).

• Excellent communication and brainstorming skills to work effectively with team members and external vendors.
