Job Description

The Junior Designer will support the design and development of pen products and related materials. This role involves creating attractive, functional designs that align with the company’s brand identity and market trends, while working closely with senior designers, marketing, and production teams

  • Design visual assets for online and offline campaigns (social media, website, brochures, posters, EDMs, etc.)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials in accordance with product brand guidelines
  • Develop creative concepts for promotions, product launches, events, and merchandizing 
  • Support the design of printed materials such as brochures, product specification, and promotion banners
  • Edit photos and videos for campaigns when needed

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • (Knowledge of CorelDRAW or 3D software is an advantage)
  • Understanding of color, layout, and typography
  • Interest in product and packaging design
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow design instructions
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience as a designer or design intern
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
