On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Senior HR Manager to be based at their offices in Mandalay, Myanmar.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manages the recruitment and selection process
• Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
• Nurtures a positive working environment
• Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintains pay plan and benefits program
• Assesses training needs to apply and monitors training programs
• Reports to management and provides decision support through HR metrics
• Ensures legal compliance throughout human resources management
• Handles all functions of HR matter (Upper Myanmar)
• Visits to branches at least two times per month
• Reports directly to Assistant Head (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
