Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock receiving, issuing, and stock transfers
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
  • Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
  • Analyze inventory reports and highlight slow-moving, expired, or overstocked items
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to stock management procedures and FIFO/LIFO systems
  • Prepare inventory reports for management decision-making

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's Degree, B.Pharm, B.N.Sc and medical related degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory control or stock management (preferably in pharmacy/retail sector)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
