Senior Manager - Head of Statutory Reporting

• Continuous review of financial and accounting operations ensuring adequate financial controls are in place.
• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the IFRS, MFRS and Group accounting guidelines
• Account review, analysis and reconcilation, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the financial data presented in financial statement.
• Overview and analysis of financial statement and reconciliation intercompany transactions.
• Strong IFRS knowledge with hands on experiences (IFRS 16)
• Overview of cash management process and bank reconcilation
• Management of audit activities, including planning, preparation and coordination during the audit engagements and follow up on audit observations/recommendation; implement necessary changes to strength financial controls.
• Liaise with Audit and external parties (such as Statutory Audit, Group finance, Internal Audit, ICFR and relevant regulatory).
• Hands on experience of ERP, SAP accounting software and system migration.
• Handle adhoc projects as per line manager or management request.

• Degree in Accounting and finance fields (CPA/ACCA qualified)
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience with Financial Accountant with managerial role
• Strong analytical skill with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong leadership to drive the team.
• Efficient and effective collaborating with various department within organization
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Telecom industrial experience is an advantage.
