1. Project Planning & Execution

Develop and implement detailed construction schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.

6. Cost & Resource Management

Monitor project costs and resource utilization to maintain budget targets.
Review material requirements, manpower allocation, and equipment usage.
Support management in cost control and project performance improvement initiatives.


7. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and technical documentation.
Report project achievements, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans to the Deputy Chief Engineer  and Management.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


Education

• 
AGTI (Civil), B.Tech (Civil), or B.E (Civil Engineering).
Additional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management will be an advantage.


Experience

• 
Minimum 9 years of experience in building construction projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering, supervisory, or managerial position.
Strong experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise building construction projects.


Technical Competencies

• 
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and site management.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and construction standards.


Leadership & Management Skills

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities under pressure.


Safety Knowledge
