- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to obtain project quotations, prepare cost breakdowns, and report to the Manager.- Prepare tender submissions and quotations, including taking-off measurements and cost analysis.- Perform cost estimation by reviewing AutoCAD drawings and project specifications.- Assist the Manager in submitting quotations to clients, project handover processes, and progress claims.- Coordinate with new suppliers, collect procurement data, update material costing lists, and report to the Manager.- Support the Manager in contract administration and related documentation.- Review and ensure all costings are accurate prior to final confirmation.- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E Civil) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying or construction-related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PageMaker, internet, and email.
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
