Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence in Mandalay. This role suits a motivated sales professional who can manage accounts, identify opportunities, and deliver results in a fast-moving retail/wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
● Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow business opportunities.
● Visit clients, present products, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategy.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.

● Experience in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in retail/wholesale.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Proven ability to meet targets and work independently in a field sales environment.
● Good understanding of customer needs, product promotion, and market development.
● Ability to prepare basic sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
● Based in or willing to work in Chanmyathazi, Mandalay.
● Experienced Non-Manager level; proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
