Welcome and greet customers warmly, understand their fashion needs, and provide personalized styling advice to upsell and cross-sell branded products.
Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets continuously.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and polite assistance.
Identifying customer needs and wants identifying level of attending, helping customers try on or fit merchandise and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively in accordance with the brand's Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
Assist in stock inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper product handling to minimize shrinkage.
Maintain store cleanliness and presentable displays at all times.
Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, fabric types, and brand history to communicate confidently with customers.
Record daily sales transactions accurately and report customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements

Prefer graduated or diploma in sales & marketing
Based in Mandalay Branch and age between 20 to 30 with a strong passion for branded fashion and retail operations and Chanmyatharzi township for will be given preference
Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in premium or branded fashion retail service.
Proficiency in computer skills is required.
Must be able to strictly adhere to instructions from superiors.
Must strictly follow the company's policies and procedures
Strong interest in fashion trends with a well-groomed, professional appearance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (Basic English-speaking ability is a plus).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and retail shifts, and a strong team-player mindset.
