Main Responsibility

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing Myo Thu Kha's wholesale sales in Lower Myanmar, with a focus on building-material shops, dealers and distributors.

The candidate should already be familiar with the Lower Myanmar building-material market and have strong existing relationships with relevant customers, dealers and shop owners.

Existing Market Plan

Myo Thu Kha already has a structured market expansion plan for Lower Myanmar.

The selected candidate will not be expected to build the market strategy from zero.

The company will provide the existing market plan, target areas, product strategy and sales direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the plan effectively, developing customer relationships, expanding dealer coverage and achieving the assigned sales targets.

The candidate is also expected to provide market feedback and practical recommendations to improve the existing plan based on actual customer and competitor conditions.

• Key regional dealers across Lower Myanmar

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of wholesale sales development in the assigned Lower Myanmar territory.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing building-material dealers and retailers.

• Develop new wholesale customers and expand Myo Thu Kha's dealer network.

• Execute the company's existing Lower Myanmar market plan and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain close contact with business owners and purchasing decision-makers.

• Identify customer requirements, market opportunities, competitor activities and regional sales trends.

• Introduce and promote Myo Thu Kha's construction-material products to suitable customers.

• Increase sales volume from both existing and new customers.

• Build long-term relationships with key dealers and strategic customers.

• Prepare regular customer, market and sales reports for management.

• Coordinate with management, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

• Provide practical market feedback and recommendations to improve regional sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of wholesale sales experience in the building materials / construction materials industry.

• Must have worked in a well-established or major company in the same or closely related industry.

• Must have genuine wholesale B2B sales experience, not only general retail sales experience.

• Strong familiarity with building-material retailers and dealers in Lower Myanmar is highly preferred.

• Existing customer relationships and dealer connections in Lower Myanmar will be a major advantage.

• Strong experience in territory sales, dealer development and regional market expansion.

• Able to independently manage an assigned market and achieve sales targets.

• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-management and sales-closing skills.

• Able to conduct regular market visits and customer follow-up.

• Responsible, proactive, disciplined and results-oriented.

• Able to provide accurate market information, customer feedback and sales reports to management.

Candidate Profile We Are Looking For

• We are looking for more than a general salesperson.
• We want a senior building-material wholesale sales professional who understands the market, knows the dealer network and can take responsibility for developing a regional sales territory.
• The ideal candidate should already have strong industry knowledge, customer relationships and practical wholesale-sales experience and should be able to immediately contribute to the execution of Myo Thu Kha's Lower Myanmar market expansion plan.
