Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Using advanced diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting generator issues
  • Competence in mentoring and training junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge, and promoting skill development.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to customers and colleagues in a clear and understandable manner
  • Planning and scheduling service activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Good housekeeping of both customers' site and company vehicle
  • Keep of service tools and check in working area when after jobs
  • Customer liaison update and ensure complete customers' satisfication
  • Daily record the service jobs in the customer data base google sheet.
  • Cooperate with customer care department for effective customer complain handle and satisfication
  • Check and preview daily service job reports
  • Any other duties as requires by section head/Managers

Job Requirements

  • A.G.T.I/ B.E (EP, MPM and EC) or other Engineering related Diploma
  • At least 3 years or more experience in engineering or relevant field.
  • Must be car driving and has license
  • Have to travel (requirement of work)
  • Must be interesting in generators and technical service field
  • Must be able to work with Team
  • Microsoft Office & other Related computer / software skill
