To plan and check in advance the manpower/ material/ machinery/ tools required for use in the workplace under responsibility and to use them without waste.
To implement the quality/ safety/ schedule of the work area under responsibility according to the established method statement/ procedure/ standard/ target to carry out.
To Prepare sign and submit documentation/ reporting related to the work area for which responsible, in accordance with the specific formats.
To attend necessary meeting, to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal/ external organizations related to the organization.
To distribute and monitor the work of junior engineers on site. To provide guidance, advice and training as needed.
To ensure that the project site is clean and free from hazards, and to assist the project engineers as needed in accordance with the specific method statement/ procedure/ standard/ schedule.
မိမိတာဝန်ယူထားရသော လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်းတွင် သုံးစွဲရန်လိုအပ်သော Manpower/ Material/ Machinery/ Tools အစရှိသည်တို့ကို ကြိုတင်စီစဥ်စစ်ဆေးရန်၊ အလေအလွင့်မရှိအောင်အသုံးပြုရန်။
မိမိတာဝန်ယူထားရသော လုပ်ငန်းခွင်၏ Quality/ Safety/ Schedule တို့သည် ချမှတ်ထားသည့် Method Statement/ Procedure/ Standard/ Target စံချိန်စံညွှန်းများနှင့် ညီညွတ်မှုရှိစေရန်စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
မိမိတာဝန်ယူထားရသော လုပ်ငန်းခွင်နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် Documentation/ Reporting တို့ကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် ပုံစံများအတိုင်း ပြုစု၊ လက်မှတ်ထိုးတင်ပြရန်။
လိုအပ်သည့် Meeting များတက်ရောက်ရန်၊ မိမိနှင့်ဆက်နွယ်နေသည့် Internal/ External လူ၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်ပြေပြစ်စွာ ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုရန်၊ မျှဝေဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Site အတွင်းရှိ Junior Engineer များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို ခွဲဝေပေးရန်၊ စစ်ဆေးရန်၊ လိုအပ်သည်များကို ညွှန်ကြားရန်၊ အကြံ‌‌ပေးသင်ပြရန်။
Project လုပ်ငန်းခွင် သန့်ရှင်းမှုရှိစေရန် အန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းစေရန်၊ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Method Statement/ Procedure/ Standard/ Schedule များအတိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်စေရန် စသည်တို့တွင် Project Engineer အားလိုအပ်သလို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Job Requirements

A.G.T.I(Civil)/B.Tech(Civil)/B.E(Civil).
At least 5 years experience(Senior Site Engineer)/ At least 3 years experience(Site Engineer).
Age 35 years and below.
Fair communication english(4 skills).
Good knowledge of materials, methods, machinery and tools involved in the construction.
Good knowledge of estimating for construction work.
Good khowledge of survey.
Intermeidate fire safety and constrution safety.
Good construction QA/QC knowledge.
Construction project planning and control.
Microsoft excel(Estimate & Schedule).
Auto CAD(2D) (Intermediate Level).
Print out and photo copying.
Internet and Email.
