Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain & monitor infra network, manage trouble tickets
  • Coordinate with operation & maintenance vendors
  • Handle fault & escalation management efficiently for SLA (service-level agreement) improvement 
  • Identify & respond to faults in network/infra liaising with 3rd party suppliers and field resources
  • Take remedial action with equipment procedures on internal procedures in case of notifications or equipment malfunction
  • Manage & maintain mapping of database and reconcile of various reports related to work
  • Handle client/management calls and participate in regular weekly/monthly meetings to discuss the planned activities and developments
  • Provide effective work around solutions while handling outage issue.

Job Requirements

  • Available to work on shift 24/7
  • At least 8 year plus experience in NOC/SMC related field
  • Very Good Communication & problem solving skills
