Roadmap planning

• Responsible for driving all technology initiatives with a focus on delivering business results
• Short-term (1-2 months) and long term (6 months - 1 year) technology roadmap planning for features and functionality to be added to the product, through collaboration with business and operational stakeholders
• Track tech implementation versus plan and make changes as required – including in-house development, outsourced development and 3rd party products or services

Strategy

• Conceptualize business requirements and gather customer needs through research and market data
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product offering vis-à-vis competition
• Evaluate 3rd party technology products & services that are relevant to the business and decide on build vs buy decisions

Execution

• Day to day hands-on execution of tech initiatives and related tasks for the business

To carry out any other duties or special assignment this may be assigned to you from time to time by supervisor.

• + years of experience in technical product or program management

• Overall 6+ years of experience in direct tech / IT operations

• Obtained Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or computer science. MBA preferred
• Familiar with e-commerce technologies
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Entrepreneurial and driven to achieve desired outcomes
• Good stakeholder/ supplier management
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, work with changing priorities and proactive manner
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding/ interest of digital tools/ technology and latest trends
