Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues, working closely with senior network engineers to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions, ensuring minimal disruption to data center operations.
Perform routine network maintenance tasks, such as firmware upgrades, patch management, and configuration backups.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Review/approve Work Instructions/Login-Book procedures for Network Operations Centre/Command Centre.
Work with operations lead to ensure smooth operations management and enhancement of service-wide infrastructure systems and services.
Proactively respond to alarms to minimize any possible service outage.
During service Degradation or Outage conditions promptly perform, all necessary actions to restore service as quickly as possible.
Escalate as specified in the relevant procedures and handle the communication to the stakeholders.
Monitor electrical systems such as cooling units, main distribution board, UPS system, Fire alarm system.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or other relevant IT Professional Certifications.
As a member of the NOC (Network Operations Center) team, the candidate will need to process strong trouble shooting skills in a production environment.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in an IT support or data center operations environment and minimum 1 year of experience in Network Operations Center.
Knowledge and experience of system and network infrastructures such as LAN and WAN network technologies, server virtualization, enterprise storage area network (SAN) and backup, enterprise performance and fault monitoring tools.
Position requires the ability to work rotating shifts to support a 24/7 NOC operations.
Knowledge and experience on ASR 9K & 1K routers, Nexus Platform Switches.
Knowledge and experience on Routing Protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
Knowledge and experience on Cisco Nexus Technologies such as VPC, VDC, STP and VRRP.
Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in both English and Myanmar.
