Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Machine Starting and shut down procedure.
Maintenance for each machine according too the planned.
Mold changing according to the plan. Maintenance schedule.
Making the isolation plan and Material filling plan
Arrange production and man power.
Control the all Document and record.
Assist to Supervisor in Service and maintenance.
Assist in electrical equipment, aircon servicing and inspection.
Installing new electrical appliances in the building and writing electrical maintenance reports.
Assist Supervisor in creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of new project.
Understanding job specification, scope of work, condition and related issues
Follow safety rules and regulations in workplace.
Any ad-hoc project or tasks to be assigned.
Contorl all the document of machine check list and record.
Contorl all the machine SOP.
Assist production team leader.
Reporting the machine shutdown and troubleshooting on time.
Follow up internal audit finding and improvements.
Helping to control 5s inside the production.
Preparing and submitting maintenance reports (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
Every day Control Generator with records.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
Minimum 2-3 years of hand-on experience in manufacturing industry.
Able to read and interpret technical information.
Ability to work independently.
Good communication skills, a positive mindset and a strong willingness to learn
Hardworking and able to multi-task.
Must follow the rules set by the company.
Must have good computer skill and report writing skills.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Good communication skills and good time-management skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Applicants must be under 35.
