Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production and packaging operations for both dry mix and liquid products. The role ensures that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and resources (raw materials,machinery, and labor) are effectively utilized. The Supervisor will monitor raw material availability, coordinate with the warehouse team for labor allocation and material flow, and ensure proper use of Odoo for production planning, scheduling, and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight (Dry Mix & Liquid)

• Supervise daily production and packaging operations for both dry mix and liquid products.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved on time.
• Coordinate machine operations and utilization.
• Manage production labors and assign tasks accordingly.

Quality and Standards Compliance

• Ensure all production follows quality standards and SOPs.
• Monitor packaging and product integrity to prevent errors and defects.

Odoo Production Management

• Create, schedule, and monitor production orders in Odoo.
• Record production output, machine utilization, and labor allocation.

Equipment Repair and Maintenance

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and checklists for production equipment (mixers, packaging machines, silos, stitching, and filling units).
• Coordinate with maintenance staff or external service providers for timely repairs and spare parts replacement.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production or manufacturing, preferably with dry mix or construction materials.
• Prior experience in managing labor teams and using ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Leadership and staff coordination skills.
• Familiarity with batching and dry mix production processes.
• Proficient in Odoo or similar production tracking systems.
