Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform and supervise the installation of electrical/solar systems at project sites
  • Ensure all installation works are completed according to drawings and specifications
  • Support commissioning and system testing
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Respond to system faults and emergency breakdowns
  • Guide and supervise junior technicians and site workers
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance
  • Ensure proper use of tools and equipment
  • Ensure all site activities follow company standards and safety regulations
  • Conduct safety checks and enforce PPE usage
  • Maintain quality of workmanship and report any non-compliance
  • Coordinate with engineers, project team, and subcontractors
  • Communicate site progress and issues to supervisors
  • Support project timeline and completion targets
  • Prepare daily / weekly site reports
  • Record installation, maintenance, and testing results
  • Maintain site documentation and checklists

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site work (solar / electrical / engineering projects)
  • Experience in supervising site technicians is an advantage
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical / solar systems
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic leadership and team coordination
  • Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
