Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

-Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works on site

-Ensure work execution follows approved drawings and designs

-Coordinate and manage foremen, workers, and subcontractors

-Monitor material usage, quality, and workmanship

-Control project schedule to ensure timely completion

-Prepare and submit site progress and issue reports

-Enforce site safety rules and discipline

Job Requirements

-Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Interior-related field

-1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site (preferred)

-Ability to read drawings (AutoCAD) and understand site execution

-Knowledge of finishing works (ceiling, partition, flooring, painting, furniture)

-Good problem-solving and communication skills

-Able to work under pressure with strong teamwork

-Willing to be full-time on site
