1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
2. 3years of experience in workplace safety, risk management, or a similar role.
3. Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA certification, or equivalent.
4. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools.
