• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio. - 5 years experiences.
• Must be able to work with Teamates who are in different Time Zones.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Be able to rapidly develop new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to co-work and communicate with multiple studio locations, teams, and partners.
• Experience working with mobile applications
      BA/BS in interactive design, graphic arts, human factors, computer science or related field with equivalent experience
      3D experience/capabilities
•  Experience designing for games vs. task completion, specifically supporting fun and engagement.
• Experience with assessing and addressing product usability and applying user psychology.
• Experience with UI implementation in a modern engine or platform (e.g. Unity, Unreal or HTML5).
• Experienced with prototyping design software (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools) and the prototype development process.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups for pre-visualization during pre-production.
• Create UI art and visual design for user interfaces
• Very proficient with standard creative software such as the Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and UI implementation processes
•  Knowledge of 3D modeling and texturing tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, Substance Painter).
• Experience in UI development of mobile responsive HTML5 & CSS website and Games is a Plus
• Very proficient with UI layout & design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools)
• Familiarity with collaborative virtual environments (Miro, FigJam)
• Competent at designing and authoring functional UI animation
• Work closely with our 3rd party providers by providing detailed UI/UX guidelines as they build our future product solutions.
• A combination of education and experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
