Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • To foresee and manage the assigned projects by working closely with each working stream
  • To keep track of the details of project progress and prepare regular project report to management
  • To coordinate between the service provider and working teams to put both sides on the same page
  • To support project execution at all phases including documentation, user training, data migration, system testing and go-live preparation
  • To inform to the Head of Department regarding the critical paths and prepare for mitigation strategy
  • To put control on deployment disciplines and UAT requirements of each project
  • To report the project progress with realistic timeline and highlight the risks

Job Requirements

  • Experience in digital transformation projects especially core banking systems, customer facing applications
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or information technology or better
  • Strong experience in IT project management, and knowledge in IT compliance or general control is a bonus
  • To have good communication and coordination skills with all the stakeholders is a must
  • Ability to report the project progress, risks and mitigation to the management team
  • To have strong experience in end to end IT project execution and vendor management experience is a must
  • Good in interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and prioritization
  • Good command of English (speaking and writing)
