Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for servicing and installation of Material Handling Equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts, lifting equipments, etc) and lead Service Technicians. The focus will be to provide on-site installation, commissioning and servicing of MHE as well as diagnosing and repairing existing instruments in the field.
  • To be accountable for customers’ satisfaction of service rendered
  • Provide on-site installation, and commissioning of products instructed by supervisor
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service and repairs of equipment
  • Prepare service report for each service done detailing the client’s complaint, on site observation, root caused and repair done to get the equipment back to normal operating condition
  • Lead on-site training to the customers on product usage, safety instructions and simple maintenance instructions.
  • Timely complete and submit all required documentation
  • Follow strictly at all time on EHS policy of company while carry out servicing work
  • Train and supervise Service Technicians 9. Report to Service Manager for daily activities of installation and repair of MHE products

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any other related field
  • 3 years working experience, preferably in service repair field
  • Preferably with material handling products repair experience
  • Able to read and understand basic electrical and hydraulic diagram
  • People management skill
