• To establish occupational safety, health, and environmental management systems for employers and employees that are compliant with local laws and regulations, and ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS.
• To create a zero-accident workplace for everyone who works or visits the factory compound, including visitors, contractors, and external providers.

The Safety Officer (Supervisor Position) is responsible for supporting the organization in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations. The role involves proactive monitoring, education, reporting, and emergency response to prevent workplace hazards and promote a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Observation and reporting (Safety, Health, and Environment)
2. Conduct Daily Toolbox Meetings
3. Checklist Inspections
4. Contractor Safety Management
5. Safety Education and Awareness for Employees
6. Emergency Response and Drill
7. Additional Responsibilities assigned by the Superior

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (diploma or certificate in Occupational Safety and Health is preferred).
• Experience in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position. (Factory background is preferred).
• Awareness of ISO 9001 and personal hygiene.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Quick response and problem-solving capabilities in emergencies.
