To schedule employees shifts and assign duties.
To manage time-off request and handle last-minutes absences.
To train and coach new employees.
To inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacement to management.
To ensure health and safety standards are followed.
To resolve conflicts between workers.
To foster and maintain a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years experiences in production field.
Must be graduated (Bachelor of Engineering is more preferable)
Proven experience as a shiftleader or relevant managerial role.
Experiences with LC/PET blow molding machine is preferred.
Must be team player, ,must have good communication skills, strong leadership skills and problem solving aptitude.
Must be able to work at Thilawa.
